Niles fall sports practice times announced

Fall sports practice will begin next week throughout Michigan.

Football practice will begin on Monday, while all other sports will begin official practices on Wednesday.

Here is a listing of the practice times for Niles:

Football
5-9 p.m. – everyone, grades 10-12; 6-9 p.m.- incoming freshmen

Volleyball
Tryouts for seniors, juniors and select underclassmen will be from 9 a.m. until noon on Wednesday and Thursday.
Junior varsity and freshmen tryouts are form 1:30-4 p.m.

Boys’ soccer
8-9:30 a.m. – conditioning on track (running shoes needed); 3:30-5:30 p.m. – field time (shin guards and cleats needed)

Tennis
Practice will be held from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m.

Cross country
Meet at 9 a.m. at high school.
