Rental Branch remodel complete

The Rental Branch, which serves customers all over southwest Michigan and the Michiana area including Niles and South Bend, Ind., celebrated the long awaited completion of some major renovations at their location on Niles Avenue in St. Joseph.

The company, which has been in business since 1997, offers equipment rental and construction rental sales – has also expanded into offering decorative concrete supplies and concrete stamps available for rent.

“You don’t see these on every corner,” owner Mike Ranch said.

Branch said decorative concrete, which can take the form of decorative flooring, stamped outdoor designs or even unique concrete kitchen countertops is a “relatively new” practice out in the Midwest.

But Branch’s business has been growing in its selection for several years.

Taking into account that additional focus on the industry the company remodeled its storefront an added showroom space. Members of the staff, friends and customers celebrated the completion of the renovations Thursday with lots of outdoor cooking and a look at the new face of the store.

“One of the things we’re proud of,” Branch said is that in a “growing industry, throughout the United States (customers) will have a hard time finding a bigger representation of product than what we have here in this showroom.”
