County to hire marine deputies

The Berrien County Sheriff’s Department will be accepting applications for marine deputies for the 2010 boating season.

Applications will only be accepted from Dec. 1, 2009 through Jan. 15, 2010. Deputies will work approximately 40 hours per week, with weekends and holidays mandatory.  Applications can be downloaded from the Berrien County Web site at www.berriencounty.org or picked up from the personnel department at the County Administration Office located at 701 W. Main St., St. Joseph.

All completed applications must be returned to personnel department.
