Niles leaf collection crews move to next ward

The City of Niles Street Department leaf collection crews are currently in the Fourth Ward and it is expected that they will move to the First Ward, then on to the Second Ward later in the week. Once the Second Ward is finished they will have completed two trips through the entire city.

A third and final trip around the city will follow, therefore, residents are encouraged to complete their leaf collection work and pile leaves next to the street as soon as possible.

Citizens are reminded to refrain from mixing leaves with brush, trash or other debris or they will not be picked up.
