A third individual, age 39, was arrested Wednesday on multiple meth-related charges and a weapons offense in connection with the large methamphetamine operation that was discovered in the 64000 block of Calvin Center Rd. This individual was arraigned in 4th District Court Wednesday. This case remains under investigation.
Debra Lee Cheatham, 51, was arrested Tuesday and arraigned in 4th District Court on the following charges: conspiracy to commit controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – methamphetamine/ecstasy; controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – meth/Ecstasy; controlled substance – operating/maintaining laboratory involving methamphetamine; controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – methamphetamine/Ecstasy; controlled substance – operating/maintaining laboratory involving hazardous waste; controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/Ecstasy; five counts of weapons – felony firearm; and controlled substance – maintaining a drug house.
Bond for Cheatham was set at $200,000 cash/surety.
Britia Rose Anderson, 28, was charged with controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/Ecstasy and disorderly person – loitering about illegal business.
Bond for Anderson was set at $10,000 cash/surety.
