Heroes walk among us every day. They change the lives of the people they reach and change the face of the community in which they live. Their efforts know various battlefields, from health care to education, agriculture and economy.
The Star is looking for Niles area heroes and we’re asking for your help. If you know of someone who is going above and beyond in the hopes of making their world a better place, we want to know about them. Send us your hero, their name and a way to reach them should we choose to do so.

This Web site is dedicated to sharing information and opinions, but we do have a few simple rules:
