Man charged in hit-and-run accident

Bradley Dean Osban was arraigned in the Niles Fifth District Court on the charge of failing to stop at a serious personal injury accident Friday.

The accident occurred at 7:41 a.m. in the downtown Village of Berrien Springs. Osban has been remanded to the Berrien County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bond. There has been a pre-exam hearing scheduled for Friday, Feb. 12.
