Elkhart wins 12th Snowed Out Shoot Out

Eklhart (Ind.) defeated Watervliet 55-22 in the championship game of the 12th annual Dowagiac Rotary Club Snowed Out Shoot Out on Sunday at Southwestern Michigan College.

Elkhart reached the finals with wins over Lakeshore (49-17) and West Michigan Blue (40-32).

Watervliet advanced to the title game with wins over Dowagiac (48-46) and Hartford (34-27).

In the third place game, West Michigan Blue defeated Hartford 57-23, while Dowagiac finished fifth following its 47-45 win over Lakeshore.

Lawton defeated West Michigan White 52-38 in the seventh place game.

In the opening round, Hartford defeated West Michigan White 43-41, while West Michigan Blue knocked off Lawton 52-26.

In the second round, Dowagiac defeated West Michigan White 61-44 and Lakeshore defeated Lawton 26-19.
