Cloudy / 22° FNiles Library to offer census help
Published 11:24am Tuesday, March 16, 2010Trained census workers will be offering assistance with filling out the 2010 census forms at Niles District Library this month and next. Census workers will be available Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon, starting March 20 and ending April 17.
Eastside Elementary School will be offering a family night today to learn more about the U.S. census.
The event takes place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and Niles Mayor Mike McCauslin will speak. There will also be activities throughout the building, along with student skits, tips on how to fill out the census form and how to become a census worker.
